He doesn't full out hate people, the four is more of an enh don't care more towards general apathy. For the attractive number he can totally tell she is very beautiful. It doesn't like. INTEREST him but he clearly identifies her as a very pretty lady.

Trust sort of hard to gauge. That one is the only baseline of Allen's that starts very low so despite being his lowest number it's actually really very high ='D (he'd be even with Cross... for... comparison) and a lot of what lowered his score from even higher involves self-doubt
